Terms and Conditions Using the omg67 Platform

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to omg67. This platform is operated and owned by omg67 Entertainment Group ("omg67", "we", "the company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the omg67 platform — including the website, mobile app, and any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and omg67. This document should be read together with the omg67 Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this overall agreement.

2Eligibility to Become an omg67 Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) omg67 account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you agree to:

• Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information — including your full name, email address, phone number, and any details required for the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Updating your account information should any changes to your personal details occur.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing account access with any other party.
• Notify omg67 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Omg67 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with the account security responsibilities outlined above.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Omg67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of secure payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed through payment channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Your deposit will be credited to your omg67 account automatically within seconds after payment is confirmed.
• Omg67 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
• Fund transfers between omg67 member accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• Completed withdrawal requests that have passed security checks will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific circumstances approved by omg67.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The general terms applicable to all omg67 bonuses are as follows:

• Any attempt to abuse the omg67 bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.

• Game results recorded by the omg67 server are final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Any technical disruption or connection failure during an active game session — not caused by omg67's negligence — does not entitle the member to claim any reward.
• Omg67 reserves the right to void any bets or games that occur as a result of technical errors, software malfunctions, or payment errors.

7Acceptable User Conduct

• Spreading false or misleading information about omg67 to third parties.

• Using your omg67 account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your omg67 account to another party.
• Using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

Omg67 reserves the right to take immediate action on any account found to be in breach of these provisions, including suspending the account, freezing the balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

8Privacy, Personal Data and Security

Omg67 treats member privacy as a non-negotiable priority. All personal data collected during registration and use of the omg67 platform is processed in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which adheres to international data protection standards.

• Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of processing your transactions.

9omg67 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, internet outages, or actions by authorities.
• Data damage or loss resulting from technical failures beyond omg67's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

10Account Suspension and Closure

Omg67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Instructions from regulatory or legal authorities.
• A member's own request to close their account (including for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme).

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, omg67 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding bonus balance. Valid cash balances (net deposit funds) will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to full KYC compliance.

Members may also close their omg67 account at any time upon their own request by contacting the omg67 support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 working days.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Omg67 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page, unless otherwise stated.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the omg67 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through the following process:

• Stage One — Internal Resolution: All complaints must be submitted to the omg67 support team through official channels. omg67 is committed to addressing all complaints within 5 business days.
• Stage Two — Mediation: If internal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to refer the dispute to an independent mediation process before taking any further action.
• Stage Three — Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

No legal action may be taken against omg67 more than six (6) months after the date of the incident giving rise to the claim.
